Students must be enrolled at VWU.
Research must have been completed to meet requirements for a VWU course taken and completed at VWU between summer 2023 and spring 2024.
The research should include the use of library-based sources, including but not limited to, print materials, sources from online databases, web resources, and materials obtained through interlibrary loan.

Compose a brief 500-750 word essay describing your research strategies and use of library tools and resources. Consider describing resources and techniques used for research, evaluation of information searches, assistance from your instructor and/or library staff and what research skills you may have learned. Tell about the good and the bad. Send as email attachment to sleist@vwu.edu by April 24, 2024.
Part of the application is a letter of support from the instructor. Please ask your instructor for this letter 10 days in advance so that it will be completed by the deadline of April 24, 2024.
Submit either a draft or the final version of your research project including the bibliography. Send as email attachment to sleist@vwu.edu by April 24, 2024.
Note: If the student research project is not a written document, please submit a description of your project and any written work that was completed as part of the project.
