Starting the ScanWrite program - to scan, edit, print and save images
- Using the computer keyboard and mouse, double click the SCANWRITE icon on the monitor to open the program.
- Following instructions on screen, Click anywhere on the screen to begin.
- ScanWrite window pop-up: Do you want to view help video? Click NO. (You may view this video at any time.)
- ScanWrite window pop-up: Enter the filename prefix for scanned images: e.g. Entering scan here will generate file names like scan 00, scan 01, scan 02 … Enter the appropriate name for your document,(e.g RelTodJune1968 might be the filename prefix for a June 1968 article from the magazine Religion Today.)
- ScanWrite window pop-up: Select Source. (Directions for each option are on SCANNER MODE tab.)
